The Seligman Historic District is the commercial heart of Seligman. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005. Gift shops include the Rusty Bolt, Return to the 50s, Angel Delgadillo and his barber shop, and the Snow Cap Drive-In built by Juan Delgadillo.

Restaurants in Seligman are The Copper Cart, West Side Lilos, The Road kill Cafe, The Pizza Joint, and A/W Root Beer.
